This part of the process is all about education. You will educate us on what you are looking to achieve when you purchase a villa as well your budget, we will listen and take in all your wants and needs for your purchase. Once we have listen intently we will then map out clear search criteria that has been spoken about in this meeting, after that we will educate you on all of the costs involved when purchasing a villa in Ibiza as well as the different purchasing options. Once this is concluded and you are fully informed we will then go to phase two.
This is where we will go away and scan the market for the exact criteria our clients have asked us for. We will then come back to you and present to you a shortlist of properties depending on the clients wishes. In this phase we will go through the different type of villas until our clients are satisfied and would like to set up a viewing. Something to note in this stage of the process we encourage our clients to have a browse from home and send us any properties they deem interesting.
We will arrange a date for you to arrive and have all of your visits planned out. We are there for every step of your journey when buying with us so when you come to the island we can suggest accommodation as well as picking you up from the airport and making sure your stay whilst doing viewings is as comfortable and stress free as possible.
