This part of the process is all about education. Once this is concluded and you are fully informed we will then go to phase two.
This is where we will go away and scan the market for the exact criteria our clients have asked us for. We will then come back to you and present to you a shortlist of properties depending on the clients wishes. In this phase we will go through the different type of villas until our clients are satisfied and would like to set up a viewing. Something to note in this stage of the process we encourage our clients to have a browse from home and send us any properties they deem interesting.
We will arrange a date for you to arrive and have all of your visits planned out.
